-First, it's not clean. I still can see the girl is not belong to the image, especially the bottom part.
-Second, she's a little bit too young.
-Headline shouldn't be next to the logo. That's the tagline's place.
-The information is too small to read.
-The shadows are weird.
-Too much space on the top. The headline could be there.
-Hmmm, the tricky thing here is the boy's looking straight to the viewer. He should have looked straight to his mom because the headline represents what he's thinking at the moment. Or you can change the headline if you want to keep the image, which I would prefer.
