My camera was out of order for such long time, about 2-3 months, until now it backs to work stably that I can re-take photographs.

That scence is just a normal winter view in here, Kauhava - a small city in Finland. It looks like a bit overexposure, but actually it does not. Just a bright tone of snow which cover everwhere here. Trust me, everywhere in Finland look white like that :D
