Required Skills
We need someone who can help us:
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
• Prepare project funding package documentation
• Project scheduling and planning, including ongoing schedule and status updates
• Maintain program and/or project level tracking and reporting of budgets and forecasts, including explanations for any variances
• Manage tasks and coordination of resources assigned to the project
• Provide leadership and oversight of program and project performance and ensuring compliance with program and project management and information security methodologies
• Risk identification and management
• Identification, management and resolution of issues and conflicts
• Communication of status, issues and action items with assigned owners
• Prepare and present project briefings
• Maintain document repositories and collaboration sites
• Demonstrate and leverage strong business and financial acumen
• Partner and collaborate with cross-organizational functions to deliver on objectives
• Work with virtual teams located in different time zones and with differing cultures
• Manage through influence, but without direct management authority
• Use abilities to influence customers and stakeholders, and properly manage divergent expectations
• Maintain excellent internal and external customer relationships
• Track record of on-time, on scope, high quality implementations
• Effectively manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of large scale, complex projects
• Maintain meticulous records of project and program financials, issues, risks, decisions, schedules
• Ensure completion of budgeting/forecasting deliverables relating to projects within the Marketing portfolio
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to help drive efficiencies and speeding up time-to-market for Marketing projects
• Working closely with Client’s IT team and have a good understanding their policy, requirements and restrictions when working within their environment
• Preparing technical flows, functional and architecture requirements, wireframes and prototypes

Nice To Have:
• Experience in client-server technology, managing and releasing client applications.
• Experience in a web-based or distributed system design and development environment
• Experience with release management / coordination
• In depth experience with MS Project or equivalent scheduling and analysis tools, MS Office suite
• Experience with front-end development, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
• Hands-on software engineering experience in any of: Java, C, C++, .NET, etc.
• Prior usage of Bugzilla, JIRA or other bug tracking programs
• Certified Scrum Master
• Hands-on experience with multiple software development methodologies, including Agile
• Experience with Asana and BitBucket |
