• Minimum 2 years of experience in Object-Oriented ActionScript (Flash)
• Deep experience with Flash Remoting and Flash- .Net integration
• Familiar with source control (CVS, SVN) software
• Experience with SQL and relational databases like SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle.
• Ability to work independently as well as work currently on multiple on-going projects.
• Excellent English reading writing skill
• Familiar with XML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript. |

• Experience working with high traffic and/or enterprise level Flash-based application.
• Experience with ASP .Net
• Have a good sense of art, can use graphic applications such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw…
• Good English verbal communication.
