The Senior Web Designer will be creative and innovative and able to bring new and fresh digital concepts to life. This person will develop concepts, create wire frames, comps and graphics and translate them into HTML, images and Flash for website related projects and tasks. Having graphic print experience is a plus and will be a small part of this person's responsibility. Your work will include but not be limited to creative design, motion productions, and web layout.
o Translate user requirements and complicated business problems into creative and clean information design solutions while working within constraints of branding and UI standards.
o Successfully communicate conceptual ideas, design rationale and the specifics of user centered design process. Create detailed design and functional documents (mock ups, prototypes, specifications) that effectively communicate the design.
o Lead in development of user interface design style guide that incorporates the visual design elements used across product user interfaces, help develop a visual design library for common user interface elements (buttons, icons, etc.) and conceive, document, and evangelize user interface guidelines and standards company-wide.

o Must have strong creative and design skills including screen layouts, information design, and typography, and must have understanding of user-centered design principles and a great eye for detail.

o Expert with Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator
o Understand web standards and how to use them effectively
o Knowing HTML, CSS2, Web Image optimization and scripting languages a must
o Must be result oriented
o Must be self-motivated
o Aptitude to learn quickly and work well within a team environment
o Good at Vietnamese and English oral and written communication
o Know how to play in style and work in a team |
