ROLE:
- Lead and manage design techniques of design project in Web/2D Industry. Responsible for supervision of design team in project, generating ideas and support team to qualify project requirements.
- Communicate with US, EU colleagues, client in receiving and generating creative ideas and requirements.
- Support Design Director to supervise and pro-active to maintain and develop Designer team. |

REQUIREMENT:
- Nationality: Vietnamese or Overseas Vietnamese
- Education: Bachelor degree of Industrial Art/Design or.
- At least 5 years of experience in professional graphic & multimedia Web/Graphic design field.
- Language: English (fluent in Reading/Writing/Chatting. Really good in listening & speaking).
- Have creative design style and idea, familiar with European or US style (international standard), wide range of design styles.
- Very good knowledge, skills and experience in graphic design for Web, Banners (advertisement), 3D design.
- Very good skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash,
- Maya or 3DS Max, Adobe premiere… is PLUS
- Have good leadership, team work capability.
- Have problem solving skill and ability to develop new approaches to solve complex design problems.
- Ready to work OVERTIME at any time (note: all overtime works are paid by the company). |
