5. Self-motivated and driven. (Able to take initiative in solving problems or to make any improvements)
6. Commitment. Our work is challenging, and will require working over-time and on weekends if necessary to meet deadlines. |

1. >1 year of experience in the design industry. Experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
2. Creative in design ideas and concepts.
3. Good in drawing/art design. Experience in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. |

1. Focus on career development. You will be given the opportunity to develop and be promoted to Senior Designer/Lead Designer, and Management level.
