Working with a Senior Developer, the Web Developer will maintain, document and support the technical architecture of the web site, and contribute to design and strategic planning processes. On smaller web sites and projects, the Web Developer may act as a Lead Developer.
As part of a small cross-functional team working on a web site, the Web Developer’s role will include participating in requirements gathering, writing technical specifications (including testing procedures) and providing end-user technical support. The bulk of the web developer’s time will be spent writing code and implementing designs, under the guidance of a Senior Project Manager. Responsible for maintaining a working environment that leverages the potential and diversity of the department's entire staffs. |
| Kỹ năng yêu cầu |
• More than 3 years of work experience in Web Development and solving problems for web-based environments
• PC Proficient; Experience with Internet technologies including HTML, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML and Flash/ActionScript, WYSIWYG tools
• Strong competence and experience with application development in:
- MySQL (2+ years)
- PHP development (2+ years)
- XML / XSLT / HTML (2+ years)
- Dreamweaver (2+ years)
• Experience with web architecture, data security and system design
• Experience with database structures
• Experience implementing web-based APIs (e.g. AJAX, JSON, etc) is a plus |

• Strong analytical skills with an ability to diagnose problems quickly and recommend solutions;
• Excellent communication and managerial skills including the ability to motivate others;
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.

Preferred:
• Marketing experience and knowledge of E-commerce techniques and issues
• Web analytics knowledge (i.e. WebTrends, Google Analytics)
