o Translate user requirements and complicated business problems into creative and clean information design solutions while working within constraints of branding and UI standards.
o Present design solutions for review project team members, management and clients.
o Create detailed design and functional documents (mockups, prototypes, specifications) that effectively communicate the design.
o Assist in development of a user interface design style guide that incorporates the visual design elements used across product user interfaces, help develop a visual design library for common user interface elements (buttons, icons, etc.) and conceive, document, and evangelize user interface guidelines and standards companywide.
o When needed you will work with 3rd parties on projects.
o When requested or a project requires some over-time may be necessary to meet company success

o At least one year of solid experience creating digital concepts (web and screen design)
o Education is not a problem, but you must convince us with your portfolio and experience
o Energetic with fresh and exciting new ideas and concepts
o Detailed and focused on quality and innovation
o Keen eye for information design and usability
o Experience in an marketing agency or Web development environment is a plus
o Expert with Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator
o Knowledge of 3D Max, Flash and other design tools a plus
o Understand web standards and how to use them effectively
o Proficient with HTML, CSS2, Web Image optimization and scripting languages a plus |
