A digital agency aims for marketing and the creative outfit is on the lookout for an Experienced Backend Developer to be on board with the team. Establishing offices globally, you’ll be based in Vietnam with focus on managing technical deliverables for all Backend-related projects. |

Required Skills: We need someone who can help us
• Advanced PHP expertise with at least 4-6 years of object oriented PHP5 development
• Complete understanding of MySQL and configuring/managing a MySQL Server
• Query optimization and advanced MySQL Queries
• Common understanding of web development languages (HTML/CSS/XHTML)
• Comfortable programming from scratch. Not dependent on frameworks
• Solid understanding of common security practices including XSS and preventing SQL injections
• Previous experience with modern software development tools such as issues tracking systems, distributed source control and unit testing
• Professional experience at a high-traffic, consumer web sites (>1 million visits)
• Experience with MySQL slaves preferred
• Complete understanding of OOP (Object Oriented PHP)
• Experience developing with MVC Frameworks (Codeigniter, TinyMVC, Zend, etc…)
• Clean coding style with well documented code.

• A solid understanding of user-centered design principles, careful attention to detail and ability to see the big picture.
• Team player with a good attitude - We hire people who want to make a difference.
• Well-equipped with latest tools, techniques and technologies

• Someone that is reliable and gets the job done with swift precision
• A relationship builder and works/communicates effectively within a team
• Comfortable with getting hands full with multiple tasks
• Excellent communications skills for customer service and the ability to build professional relationships
• Proactive in learning new ideas, competitor activity and variety of marketing techniques in the technology landscape. |

• Knowledge of web hosting/dedicated servers/cloud servers a plus |
