You will be the lead front end and back end designer for our web application development team. Working in pairs with other members of our Extreme Programming team, you will ensure we develop our interfaces using the most advanced front end development methods and designs. You will ensure the visual quality of our internally funded entrepreneurial ventures and of work we do for global clients. |

To succeed in this role you will need the following skills and knowledge:
- Expert: HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML.
- Web Standard, CSS Framework, JavaScript Framework such as: BluePrint CSS, Mootools, jQuery...
- Intermediate: Typography, colour theory, composition and user interface design.
- Usability, Layout Balancing...
- Photoshop, Illustrator. |

You will look especially impressive if you also have skills in:
- Usability analyzation skill.
- Hand drawing, Graphic design, photography, commercial art.
- Experience with Web 2.0.
- Experience with data visualization and presentation methods.
- PHP Skill is a plus |
