Main responsibilities
- Responsible for the company design style guide and the top quality of all materials production
- Ensuring the good working process between design team and requesters, providing solutions to ensure performance at minimum cost and time
- Developing concepts and designing materials including (and not limited to) newsletters, invitations, advertisements, posters, flyers, direct mail...
- Working with external suppliers on the production of Company merchandising
- Coding website using HTML, or GUI design software
- Creating or editing images and graphics for website use.

- Good command at web site design, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Have knowledge of Web 2.0
- Have good communication skills
- Have strong organization skills
- Be multi tasks and able to work under tight deadlines
- Be creative, imaginative, open-minded, and dynamic
- Experience working with external vendors such as printers, etc.
- Good English (writing and speaking) is mandatory
